One year Berlin has gone by. My first. Slowly time has passed, but still so quick. Nearly unnoticed, but still every second embraced. I remember the day I arrived as if it happened yesterday and still it seems so far away. People I’ve met: people that left, others that just stepped into my life. Places new and different have become my home. But still so much to discover. And inbetween, swimming with time and within this space: me. Flowing with and sometimes standing up in the current, trying to be a rock – rough but secretly shaped by new waves. Another year is coming up. And new streams will pass, some warm others ice cold. And I will still stand up straight: enjoy and doubt, love and loathe, live and let go. Just be and not attempt. Things will happen anyway.
